Beer Pasteurizing Tunnel 1.200 cans per hour


The Beer Pasteurizing Tunnel is designed for the pasteurization of beer cans and/or bottles.

The equipment boasts the following technical features:

  • Suitable for aluminum cans of 473 ml, 500 cc bottles, and 1000 cc bottles
  • Feeding and extraction conveyor belt for the containers
  • Programmable pasteurization cycle
  • Fully closed design to minimize steam loss to the environment
  • Top access lids for easy maintenance
  • On-line level visualization and regulation accessories
  • Easy-to-regulate steam injection system
  • Heating system with hot water rain in recirculation with a centrifugal pump
  • Cooling by lost water rain, including a water collector tray to reuse it in another application or send it to a cooling tower
  • Electromechanical protection and command panel.
  • Optional external thermal insulation

This installation can be 100% configured to meet the needs and requirements of each customer, maximizing resources and available space.
